LED Candle Centrepiece

Create a festive centrepiece for holiday dining with this easy project. Featuring LED candles and a mirror base that enhances their glow, it’s sure to impress family and guests.

Step 1: Cut shelf liner in strips about as wide as the heights of the three LED candles and 2″[5.08 cm] longer than needed to wrap around them.

Step 2: Paint the shelf liner using a foam brush, and immediately use a graining tool to remove part of the paint for a wood-grain design.

Step 3: After the paint dries, trim the strips to widths about ½” [1.27 cm] narrower than the heights of the candles and long enough to wrap once around the candle.

Step 4: Wrap painted adhesive strips, centred, around each candle and embellish by wrapping the top and bottom with copper wire.

Step 5: Arrange the candles and pinecones on the mirror to create your centrepiece. Afterward, find just the right wall to hang your mirror until next year’s holiday party.
